REFUND POLICY

Refund Request Process:

Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email to Katrina Lane (registrar) missionminorhockey@gmail.com
The date on the written request is the date from which the refund will be calculated. The number of times the player was on the ice will not be considered
No refunds will be given on or after December 1st except due to injury or serious illness

Registration Refund Calculations:

Players cancelling registration from the time of registration up until the day before Rep Tryouts will receive a full refund (including rep tryout fees).
Players will have up to 2 weeks, starting at the return to hockey date (September) to cancel registration
If notice is given within the 2-week period, players will receive a full refund
If players cancel registration after the 2-week period they will have a $75.00 admin & insurance fee deducted in addition to the prorated monthly amount (based on division) up to and including the month in which the request is made
Fees will not be prorated to less than a full month
Refunds do not include credit card processing fees if members choose to select the credit card payment option during registration

Injuries and Illness

· No refunds will be given on or after December 1st except due to injury or serious illness
· Refunds due to injury/ illness after December 1st will be provided upon receipt of a letter from the doctor noting the date of injury or illness. Registrations fees (not including credit card processing fees) will then be pro-rated less the $75.00 registration and insurance fees, from the date of injury/illness. Refunds are only given to players cancelling registration for the purpose of not returning to his or her team.

Rep Tryout Refunds

There will be no refunds for rep tryout fees after August 15th unless you are canceling your entire registration
· All requests for rep tryout fee refunds must be submitted by email as per Refund Request Process
