MMHA 2025-2026 REGISTRATION FEES

  • U7 Intro (2021) $700
  • U7 (2019, 2020) $700
  • U9 (2017, 2018) $825
  • U11 (2015, 2016) $950
  • U13 (2013, 2014) $1000
  • U15 (2011, 2012) $1100
  • U18 (2008, 2009, 2010) $1150
  • U21 (2005, 2006, 2007) $600


  • GOALIES (U11-U18) fee is 1/2 price
  • Third child registration fee is 1/2 price
  • Fourth child free registration fee


Registration fees are valid until July 15, 2025. After July 15, add a $50 late fee.


Please note that the above registrations include a $50 association fundraising fee. The fundraising fee will not be discounted for goalies, third child, and/or fourth child discounts. For example, if you have a U13 goalie, you will pay half of $950 which is $475 plus the $50 fundraising fee which is $525. If you have a fourth child, you will pay the $50 fundraising fee only.

Registration opens May 1, 2025 for returning players. All new players to MMHA please see the New Players page.

REP TRYOUTS

May 1-July 15, 2025 $150

July 16-August 15, 2025 $200


Rep Tryout registration closes on August 15, 2025 at midnight.
No tryout registrations permitted after August 15.

All Registration Fees must be paid in order to attend tryouts.

MMHA REFUND POLICY

Refund Request Process

  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email to the Registrar, Katrina Lane, missionminorhockey@gmail.com.
  • The date on the written request is the date from which the refund will be calculated. The number of times the player was on the ice will not be considered.
  • No refunds will be given on or after December 1st except due to injury or serious illness

Registration Refund Calculations

  • Players cancelling registration from the time of registration up until the day before Rep Tryouts will receive a full refund (including rep tryout fees).  
  • Players will have up to two (2) weeks, starting at the return to hockey date (September) to cancel registration.
  • If notice is given within the two (2) week period, players will receive a full refund. 
  • If players cancel registration after the two (2) week period they will have a $100 administration and insurance fee deducted in addition to the prorated monthly amount (based on division) up to and including the month in which the request is made.
  • Fees will not be prorated to less than a full month.
  • Refunds do not include credit card processing fees if members choose to select the credit card payment option during registration.

Injuries and Illness

  • No refunds will be given on or after December 1st except due to injury or serious illness.
  • Refunds due to injury or serious illness after December 1st will be provided upon receipt of a letter from the doctor noting the date of injury or serious illness. Registration fees (not including credit card processing fees) will then be prorated less the $100 registration and insurance fee, from the date of injury or serious illness. Refunds are only given to players cancelling registration for the purpose of not returning to their team.

Rep Tryout Refunds

  • There will be no refunds for Rep tryout fees after August 15th unless the entire registration is being canceled.
  • All requests for Rep tryout fee refunds must be submitted by email as per Refund Request Process (see above).
