All NEW players MUST contact the MMHA Hockey Registrar to register a new player.
DO NOT initiate an online registration for a new player as it will not be valid. .
Utility bills preferred - must be full first page including tear-off paystub portion. Other options include tax notice, assessment, BCDL and insurance in same name and address (counts as one proof).
Minor hockey describes amateur hockey played by athletes 20 years old and younger. Players are generally divided into playing levels according to age turned in that calendar year.
