An email will be sent from a Division Coordinator mid August or early September (depending on which division your player is in) with season start up information.

All NEW players MUST contact the MMHA Hockey Registrar to register a new player.

DO NOT initiate an online registration for a new player as it will not be valid.

- BC HOCKEYREGISTRATION FORM
- PCAHA REGISTRATION FORM
- Child's birth certificate
- TWO proofs of residency in Mission
Utility bills preferred - must be full first page including tear-off paystub portion. Other options include tax notice, assessment, BCDL and insurance in same name and address (counts as one proof).

Rep tryouts begin in the last week of August. Recreation or 'C' divisions start in early September. Watch the website or follow us on Facebook or Instagram for specific dates.
