TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Games are played at the Mission Leisure Centre.

Submission of registration form is NOT a confirmation of acceptance to the tournament you are pre-registering for.

If accepted, the schedule will ONLY be provided upon receipt of:

Payment in full - no later than 30 days before the tournament starts AND IS DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING ACCEPTANCE EMAIL
Tournament Permission Certificate Number
Official HCR Roster (rosters from TeamSnap, Excel, etc. are NOT accepted)

Payment: Email Money Transfer to tournaments@mmhahockey.ca

Until payment is received, ALL teams who have pre-registered are on a waitlist.

CANCELLATION & PLACEMENT

Refunds provided (less a $500 administration fee) up to 30 days before the tournament starts.
No refunds within 30 days prior to the tournament starting unless a replacement team is found.
Mission Minor Hockey reserves the right to move teams up or down in tiers in order to ensure fair and enjoyable competition.

ACCOMMODATION

Mission Minor Hockey Association, in partnership with Click N Stay and EventConnect, have negotiated special group hotel rates and concessions, being protected at team friendly properties which include suitable room types and amenities with flexible cancellation policies. All travelling teams and participants are asked to stay at these Host Hotels as they are providing tournament sponsorship based on the total number of actualized room nights. This in turn assists MMHA to offer affordable and attractive tournament registration.
